Struffoli (honeyballs)

Light and airy dough shaped as a small round ball ours are baked not fried. Mixed with Honey, almonds, hazelnuts, citrus fruit topped with sprinkles cherries and Jordan almonds.  A traditional Italian treat for the holidays.
